Realizing another move was on the horizon, I quickly searched the Internet as always for Realtors in that area. I came across several big realty companies and a few smaller ones. I probably signed up to every site, but within about two hours of doing so one of the smaller businesses in Hilton Head called me.

Then I found out the company is run by a lady who married an English man – we are from England also, so this was a real green light – things felt right from the start. After each of our visits to the area, she was immediately back in contact via email, which although being a far distance away, made us feel we were not out of mind.

I have to say from start to finish Hilton Head Island Real Estate Brokers has been all of the following: efficient, prompt, communicated with us constantly, extremely patient, and on the ball with every property we wanted to view…offer on…pull out from…etc. We gave them some headaches, but they remained as efficient from start to finish. They held our hands through the closing, and even afterward, their care and friendship has shown. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to move to the area.

They work as a team, and each have a role to play, all of which comes into the picture throughout. Thank you!
