I had been down here looking earlier in the year before, so they had an idea of what a could afford and what I wanted. Then they sent me a listing, a foreclosure that I could afford. I looked at the pictures from the listing, and sight (in person) unseen I told the agent Patty Presiner “go ahead get it for me” which she did. The agent sent me more pictures, and told me that the house was freshly painted thru out, and brand new carpet. When I moved in there was a lovely note from Julie, and Patty. Then they gave me several suggestions to do to the house. First was put a full screen over the garage door to enjoy the view of the lagoon AND the golf course. I was very lucky to get this house with the beautiful views none of which was obstructed with anything. So where I live is perfect, no one across the street, just the golf course and a beautiful lagoon. Plus where I live there are only 5 houses in a row. I am very grateful to Julie and her agents for this wonderful house!!
