Things to Do: Hilton Head Island Thanksgiving Turkey Trot!

The 2014 Thanksgiving Turkey Trot is this Thursday, November 27th, starting and finishing at Chart House Restaurant (397 Squire Pope Rd)!

Race Information:

Please arrive no later than 7:15am
You can participate in the 5K, 10K and/or Fun Walk.
Registration fee: $30
Race will start and finish in front of Chart House Restaurant (397 Squire Pope Rd) –map provided
Race will be chip timed (mats at start and finish lines)
Participants should be able to complete the 10K Race in 90 mins and the 5K Race in 60 mins.
After these times, race officials will transport any participants still remaining on the course back to the staging area.
Strollers are permitted, but must start in back of pack
Music and food immediately following the race at Chart House Restaurant
Awards given to Top 3 Male & Female in 5K & 10K
A participant medal will be given to all racers with a race number
NO PETS, PLEASE!

Parking

Free parking is available in the parking lot off of Hudson Rd., just before Hudson Seafood Restaurant. Additional parking can be found in the Skull Creek Boathouse parking lot and the Daufuskie Island Embarkation parking lot, just before the Hilton Head Plantation Gate.

Packet Pick-Up

Wednesday, November 26, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm at the Island Recreation Center – 20 Wilborn Rd, HHI, SC 29926

Thursday, November 27, 2014 from 6:30 am-7:30 am at the race location – 397 Squire Pope Road
