Construction of the Lowcountry Celebration Park on Pope Avenue is now well underway. Located just before Coligny Circle this much-anticipated park will feature a large lawn and stage to accommodate festivals, concerts, and other gatherings; a children’s playground with an iconic ship-themed adventure playground; the Sandbox Children’s Museum as well as walking trails, exercise stations, boardwalks, and improved access to Beach Parking. The park is scheduled for completion in the the Summer of 2020
