We went to meet Julie and explained to her that we were just looking with the intention of buying the following year. We were extremely pleased at how attentive and helpful she was. She took time from her busy schedule to sit with us and listen to our concerns and interests as well as explain the history to Hilton Head, SC which we were not familiar with. She assigned a wonderful associate Patty, who spent two days patiently giving us a tour of the island as well as showing us houses that were within our budget. We left the island knowing this was the place we wanted to live and returned the following year and purchased a home. We’ve become good friends with Julie and her wonderful staff.
