Palmetto Bluff Summer Concert Series
Tuesday, June 9th
Six hot nights under the oaks on the Village Green. Gates open at 5:00 p.m. Concert begins at 6:30 p.m. $25 per car (load ‘em up!) at the Gate. Proceeds benefit Family Promise of Beaufort County, and their mission to provide temporary shelter, family stability, and permanent housing solutions for homeless families with children by mobilizing community resources. Bring your own chairs and your favorite Tuesday night date. Food and beverage will be available for purchase (Cash sales only.). If you’re carrying in your own picnic, please bring only hand-held coolers and/or bags. All bags/coolers are subject to inspection. Dolphin and Nature Cruise
Wednesday, June 10th
Join a Museum docent in this cruise along the waters and salt marshes of Broad Creek. The Lowcountry’s Salt Marsh is home to many interesting creatures such as river otters, eastern oysters, blue crabs and a great species of birds. Among the most charismatic creatures found in the Salt Marsh are the bottle-nose Dolphins. Museum guides share their knowledge about this and many other of the fascinating creatures found in the salt water channels of Broad Creek.
Cost is $19 adult, $13 child (Ages 1-12) Reservations are required and may be made by calling 843-689-6767 ext. 223.
Edwardian & Flapper: Garments of the Past, A Textile Exhibit

The Bluffton Historical Preservation Society presents a new exhibit, “Edwardian & Flapper: Garments of the Past, A Textile Exhibit.” The exhibit is being held at the Colcock-Teel House in Old Town Bluffton. The exhibit features vintage clothing and quilts from the early 20th century, and detailed history of the Colcock-Teel House.

Summer Discovery Camp – Alligators, Snakes, and Turtles Oh My!
Thursday, June 11th • 9:30 am until 12:30 pm
Get up-close and hands-on experience with some of your favorite reptiles at Discovery Camp at the Coastal Discovery Museum. Explore the lives of these amazing critters, identify some Lowcountry reptiles, and hold a live alligator (and a few other reptiles too)!
For ages 7-12; $35 non-member and $30 for member; reservations are required and may be made by calling 843-689-6767 ext. 223.
