Henry and Carol Ferry

Over a three year period we had been looking for a retirement house in Hilton Head during our vacations on the island. Patty was assigned to work with us in October, 2012. She showed us over twenty properties over a two day period, and introduced to a wide range of houses in our price range in various plantations. Her explanations about the different characteristics of those plantations was very helpful in our decision to locate where we finally purchased. The house we bought came on the market the Friday we returned to Maryland. We looked at pictures of the property on the internet and asked her to arrange for us to see it the next Monday. She did so, and also recommended a contractor who provided a no obligation review of the house to discuss what could be done to accommodate changes we wished to make in it. We offered a contract that was accepted the same day. Her sense of humor and warm spirit made working with her a real pleasure; we recommend her without reservation.
